At L'PaBurrito, we strive to provide high quality food and excellent customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, please review this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

1. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, orders can no longer be cancelled because our food is prepared fresh upon receipt of your order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

• your paid order was not delivered due to our error;
• you were charged more than once;
• you received the wrong order;
• your order was incomplete due to our error; or
• we cancelled your order because we were unable to fulfil it.

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not granted for change of mind after preparation has begun, incorrect delivery information, failure to receive the order, delays caused by traffic or weather, or personal taste preferences unrelated to food quality or order accuracy.

4. Return policy

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, we cannot accept returns once delivered or picked up, except where required by applicable law.

5. Reporting an issue

Please report concerns as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number, contact information, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

6. Refund processing

If a refund request is approved, L'PaBurrito will initiate the refund through the original payment method whenever supported by our payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or payment service provider. L'PaBurrito is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties after the refund has been initiated. If the original payment method does not support refunds, we will coordinate with the customer to arrange an alternative refund method, subject to applicable laws and our payment provider's policies.
